• DN753-3: Apply data knowledge within the organizational models to optimize health care delivery using information technology.

• is supported with a minimum of EIGHT scholarly, peer-reviewed sources external to those assigned for this unit;

1. Define the vision for the future of the organization related to the change you have addressed over the weeks.
2. Discuss how this change supports and effects evidenced based information.
3. How a budget should be constructed to support the change from an operational standpoint (e.g., what are the new roles or items under $5,000 that will be required)?
4. How the change is supported from a capital budget standpoint (e.g., what are the items over $5,000 such as physical space construction, or technology)?
5. What are important considerations for administration to know about to support the change, in particular to technology and information system use?
6. What are important points about support from stakeholders at all levels in the organization and community to support the change over a 5-7 year period?
