Analyze Katerina’s demonstrated traits and behaviors, and explain how these led to follower commitment or not. Would you say she falls into one of the three types of charisma? If so, which one? Why, or why not?

Contrast ethical and unethical influence tactics. Describe whether Katerina exhibited any.

Hypothesize how you believe Katerina would have addressed resistance to her tactics of influence. Please support your claim with evidence.

In Chapter 4 of the textbook, locate and read Leadership Case Problem B. In a two-page essay, address the prompts below.

Examine the importance of behavior as a leader. Explain how Rasheed’s behavior affected the team and his abilities as a leader.

Explain the importance of collaborative skills using emerging, relevant leadership styles. Which leadership style did Rasheed exhibit? How did that style tie into his collaboration efforts?

Explain how using a different leadership style than the one Rasheed exhibited could help him to grow as a leader. Analyze the impact of critical issues and emerging theories in leadership on the role of leadership in organizational performance.

What recommendations would you give to Rasheed based on the outcome of his situation?
