Please follow the instructions below.Instructions:In Module 2 (last week), we learned about the important functions of packaging, as well as the importance of a brand name. For this Egg Drop Challenge, you will be tasked with creating a protective package for an egg. To see how well your package works, you will then drop your egg (in its package) from a specific height and see how it works. We’ll ask you to video your egg drop to share with your classmates.

  1. Create a package which seeks to protect a raw egg when dropped from a height. Your goal is to prevent breakage when the egg is dropped from a height of at least five (5) feet. Your egg package may be made out of any materials. This must be your original design – you cannot use a package or container from some other product or use.
  2. Once your egg package is created, video yourself dropping the egg from a height of at least 5 feet. If that works, try higher and higher heights (safely) and see how well your package protects your egg. How high can your package protect your egg?
  3. Finally, create a brand name for your package. Be creative!
